For Thickness is generally 2.5 mm and 3 mm for the outdoor aluminum veneer, the lower layer and the podium section can be selected with a thickness of 2.0 mm 

Product Feature
1.We have supplied perforated and anodised aluminium sheets completely formed for the facade of the new Audi Terminal.
Perforated 2mm thickness panel are processed to form an accurate corrugated cross section pattern. After cutting and forming, they are then electroplated with bright silver.The custom designed perforation pattern uses a series of hexagonal holes measuring 61.5 mm x 26 mm, which are placed on a staggered pitch to give an open area of around 50%. This reduces weight and creates a three dimensional relief effect to give an added dimension to the external appearance.
2.Exterior coating: outdoor materials usually choose PVDF coating, indoor materials can choose PVDF coating and powder coating, with weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
3, mainly divided into three kinds of primer, top coat and varnish, and the color selection is wide.
